Every nerve you have is wrapped in a fatty coating called myelin, and that coating is what lets the nerve carry a signal cleanly. Your body builds it, repairs it, and replaces what wears off, every single day. Methylcobalamin is a raw material in that process.
It's the active form, which means your body can use it the moment it arrives. Most supplements use cyanocobalamin instead, a cheap synthetic version your body has to take apart and rebuild before any of it counts.
Benfotiamine (Fat-Soluble B1) — 2.4 mg
